Founded in Copenhagen, unstucrpyh emerged from a simple observation: restaurants generate enormous amounts of data, but most struggle to transform that data into actionable insights. Our founders, with backgrounds in both technology and hospitality, recognised the gap between what restaurants needed and what existing solutions provided.
